Which versions of QuickBooks can I import the
data into?
The Data Converter supports all versions of QuickBooks 2003.
This conversion utility allows users to import MYOB cardfile
information into QuickBooks 2003. Users need to export cardfile
information from MYOB in tab-delimited format before importing
into the QuickBooks company file.
The Data Converter converts the following cardfile information:
- Accounts
- Non-consolidated Tax Code
- ListCustomers
- Suppliers
- Employees
- Personal
- Items
The Data Converter supports the following MYOB versions:

- MYOB Accounting V11
- MYOB Accounting Plus V11
- MYOB Accounting V12
- MYOB Accounting Plus V12
- MYOB Accounting V13
- MYOB Accounting Plus V13
- MYOB Premier Accounting V5
- MYOB Premier Accounting V6
- MYOB Premier Accounting V7
Installation Instructions
- Download the "DataConverter2.Exe" file and save it to
a location on your hard drive (e.g. C:\[temp])
- Use Windows Explorer to find the "DataConverter2.Exe"
file you just saved and double click it to run the setup
program
- Access the Data Converter from the Start menu > Programs
> Data Converter
- Before you continue, it is important that you read the
Data Converter user notes. These notes will provide a step
by step guide to successfully exporting your data across
Due to differences in database structure between MYOB and
QuickBooks some fields will not match or be transferable.
WARNING: We strongly recommend prior to attempting to convert
data between MYOB that you backup your company data to disk.
