Quicken Care Support Program
Here at Quicken NZ we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. That’s why we have a network of excellent Accredited Trainers nationwide to provide local support and training.
However, for customers who don't have an Accredited Trainer, we have had high customer demand to introduce QuickenCARE, a QuickBooks support plan which provides economical unlimited technical telephone support for QuickBooks users.
What is QuickenCARE?
QuickenCARE entitles your business to unlimited free telephone support 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm. Your business will be supplied with a card detailing your dedicated 0800 number and a unique membership number. QuickenCARE covers technical support and is not designed to provide over the phone training.
QuickenCARE is available to customers using supported versions of QuickBooks; currently supported versions are 2004, 2005/06, 2006/07 and 2007/08.
How much is QuickenCARE?
QuickenCARE starts at just $149 including GST per annum. The average support call on the 0900 support is $4.95 per minute and between 5 and 10 minutes long. If you are making just one call every second month, QuickenCARE offers value for money.
