I recently upgraded my computer and reinstalled Quicken Personal Plus.
I made the mistake of loading V2006 but using the product activation key for V2005. Therefore, it would not register on the internet.
I spoke to another very patient young lady this morning who helped me through my problem, and I would just like you to pass on my compliments about the treatment and assistance I received from everyone at Quicken. I was impressed with the programme, and now I am even more impressed because of the calibre of people Quicken employs. Congratulations!

Recently I attended the Small Business Expo in Auckland with the prime purpose of seeking information on a suitable comprehensive program for a possible new venture which I am currently considering. I am not strong on detailed and specific knowledge of business software. There appears to be a shortfall in the software industry to convey practical software application knowledge for potential buyers in my category. Following a long discussion with your Representative, Linda Noble, I felt a great deal more informed about the direction I ought to be pursuing. Linda was a great and patient communicator and immediately gained my respect for her knowledge and practical application of the Quicken program to my specific needs. She took time to understand and answer my basic questions. I want to congratulate your organization on offering a person of Linda’s caliber to assist with potential customer inquiries. Thank you.

As a suggestion I believe that it would be of significant value for a software company to offer, perhaps on a monthly basis, a short course on the practical applications of (Quicken) software for potential customers. In my case such an informative course would be of great value in reaching a decision in choosing the ideal program.

Your records may or may not show that every year I buy the latest version of Quicken but this year was different in that not only did  the latest version,  I  also  installed  it, completed a full set of  personal accounts for the family and actually registered the software.
You can take pride in the fact that not once did I refer to the manual. I truly found Quicken simple to use and words like "robust" and "nimble" spring to mind.
"Robust" because not once did it falter or freeze up as I've had Excel do
"Nimble" because of how quickly it completed its calculations and "nimble" because of how quickly it produced graphs

 What did I like most? The very same thing that accountants hate the most.
Yes, the ability to change previously reconciled and signed off transactions!

It is not often that a product truly exceeds my expectations but Quicken certaily has.
