Tyler Magner and Leigh Ann Ganzar win the US Pro Cycling Criterium

Tyler Magner and Leigh Ann Ganzar have excelled to become win the USA Pro Criterium Championships. Leigh Ann Ganzar won the Women’s championships and Tyler Magner won the Men’s championship crown. Eric Young and Samual Bassetti were runner ups in the men’s race and Caitlin Kelly and Jennifer Luebke were runner ups in the women’s race.
On a day where it mostly rained, many cyclists both pro and amateur took to the course to compete for the prestigious championship. The races were fast and action packed. The race began and ended on Gay street with many brave spectators watching from the sidelines.

Tyler Magnar races for the Rally Cycling team and he finished the course is a strong one hour and twenty seven minutes. Leigh Ann Ganzar is a rider for the Wolfpack p/b Hyperthreads and her finish time was an outstanding one hour and 14 minutes. On her win, Ganzar said that many of the women that partook in the race were strong and great racers and that coming into the race, they decided to put it all on the line. With the time struck, she made a move and was in shock that they were able to hold on until the finish.

In other grades, Emma White, also of the Rally Cycling team, won the women’s under 23 category with an impressive one hour and fourteen minutes.
